Savannah Olympic Sun

This is my test shot for HDR software checking. I was impressed with the Clarity and true photo appearance Oloneo BUT it could not cut this one!!!! The sun is the hardest with it's shape to compose.The Photographer's Ephemeris (TPE) helped me find the exact spot to setup for this shot days before. I was visiting Savannah looked up sunrise/sunsets moon rise/moon set for different locations in the area. Google earth views then went for drives and walked around. Then went setup a half hour before and this is the result. This is a redo because I could not remember set of photos I used or software, new software I was checking could not reproduce. PP with Photomatix then Nik Color pro 4 then Lightroom develop module. Canon T2i 18 55 mm @55 mm F/22 3 frames +/- 2 ev. Into the sun shots require 5 to 7 frames or best 5 frames each frame +/- 2 ev an 8 ev spread or even 12 ev spread.
