This one using Nik Collection. This one took a couple days but it is as good as I could get it with everything available and Lightroom it took a little bit of playing to figure out how to get rid of moon trail with the nine exposures but used the point circles to control exposure to the top right of moon and also over moon to keep surface features. The hardest was keeping the bridge color without a chromatix bleed of red and pink in the whites of the lights found a Blue filter in Color Efex Pro 4. A lot of work with hightights control to keep moon bright but not blown out and shadows to keep from to bright and blown out blackness. Highlights controlled also color of lights and brightness of red clearance and bridge in background. But trying to keep the surface of moon showing the hardest and final not there. But thought you would like to see both the one I did with Photomatix Pro took an hour soooo. Bottom line many post processing programs may be needed to get final result you want or need. The nice thing about the Nik collection is it saves a file that allows you to reedit the final again and again that way you can save and turn computer off and come back not having to leave photo processing open, you can go work on another then come back but turning off the computer a plus.

on February 17, 2021I really like the chairs on the beach facing the Milky Way. Great composition. Even the ripples in the sand cooperate as leading lines to the chair facing skyward. Excellent story here. Impressive sky.
